You don't need to read someone's book to tell you how to get 6 pack abs. Without knowing the book specifically it's probably a scam. If you want 6 pack abs be prepared to work for it:
5 small meals a day
Limit anything white (no sugar, no white bread etc)
Eat lean protein - fish chicken
Lots of vegetables, some fruits
Drink plenty of water
Avoid fruit juice, drink skim milk
Do sit ups, bicycle sit ups etc, swimming, skiing
Run regularly and do moderate light weight lifting
Get enough sleep and avoid stress
Do not drink or smoke.
Take vitamins
Inherit good genes
Essentially if you want to look like a 16 year old athlete you sort of have to live like one. Be active.

Heavy weight doesn't "rip the muscle". Getting lean and having thin skin is what gives you the ripped look.
You were never an ectomorph to begin with... which is why your claims of being the skinny guy saviour are absurd. You have good genetics you just supressed them running marothons etc. What I found really stupid is you didnt even include the routine that you actually used to put on size in your ebook, you perscribe a less effective approach and then 2 years later I recieve an email telling me what you actually did lol....
Don't do anything via a website. That's like trying to get that Veternarian license through the mail.
Talk to your boss and ask them what they need you to do to join the ranks of PTs. He will point you in the right direction and he will know exactly what you need to be certified in your state.
