The main goal of stop snoring exercises is to improve how your lungs function. By doing these exercises you will also help yourself with breathing as well. When your lungs are stronger you're less likely to be choking, gasping, or wheezing during your sleep and are more likely to be able to breathe freely through your nose. When you have less lung capacity you're more likely to be breathing through your mouth in order to get enough air and can be making all those other sounds as well. Simple stop snoring exercises involve stretching and breathing and can be very effective when done right before bed.
To get started with your snoring exercises, stand with your feet shoulder width apart and take a few very deep breaths, exhaling very slowly. Shrug your shoulders slightly and roll your head slowly from side to side. Then, you should reach both hands over your head while inhaling; then, exhale while lowering your arms to your sides. Do this a few times as you feel your lungs stretch and expand. You might have a problem the first few nights you try your stop snoring exercises, but if you continue with them you'll notice that your lungs can handle deeper breaths more and more each time. You can add some other simple stretching and breathing exercises as well; just make sure you're not straining yourself and aren't being overactive especially right before bed. The exercises to help you stop snoring actually stretch your muscles and help your lungs take in more air without as much work. Adding simple stretches for your back can help you relax as you sleep and keep your upper body from getting tense. If your neck isn't tense you're less likely to have your jaw fall open and to start breathing through your mouth. If you need more structured stop snoring exercises, try a simple tai chi or yoga routine as these usually emphasize easy stretching and deep breathing and typically can be done by anyone regardless of physical fitness level.

I have been married 20 years and am confident that I can give you some insight because I am in the opposite situation. My wife offers herself to me every night. And she does that as a sign of respect and love. She knows that sex is very important to me, so she simply says every night: do you want to make love? It is possible that you can change your situation - but it will be hard. First, even though this may hurt, I will tell you what I think. The things you list that you do, all the nice housekeeping stuff simply makes you a nice "friend". But while she will feel greatful, she will NOT feel desire for you. Because the things that "turn women on" are not acts of kindness, they are acts of strength, displays of power, skill, determination and toughness.
My wife "likes" me, she thinks I am nice because I help with kids, house etc. But that is NOT why my wife is "in love" with me? Not why she is highly sexual with me. That stuff is about power, specifically 3 types of power:

You already mentioned exercise. Oh my god man. What the hell are you thinking? Why would you ever let fitness get in the way of sex? I lift weights at least twice a week because I love feeling strong - being strong physically, mentally, emotionally - those things make me feel like an alpha male. And it is also nice when my wife gets turned on by touching my body. I eat healthy because I don't want her to have to get used to having sex with a fat guy who doesn't love her enough to stay fit. And yes - she is also very fit and I am greatful for that.
So step 1 is to come up with a fitness plan that is realistic and then hit it hard. Show some real commitment and determination to your wife and to your marriage. GET IN SHAPE. This is the easiest thing you can do to improve your marriage. Do NOT apologize to your wife for letting yourself go. Boys apologize. Men create, repair and improve. Be a man, fix the problem. And don't sit her down and say: I am hoping that if I spend 30 minutes a day on the treadmill, you might let me get to second base with you. Wrong mindset. You want to be fit, strong and so forth because you want to be a MAN. And you want to be able to rip anyone or anything that threatens you or your wife to shreds with your bare hands. So don't just do cardio - LIFT WEIGHTS.
Step 2 is to write down the list of things that you think you could have done differently in the last year that would have made your wife think of you as a "man", as opposed to a "male". The penis makes us "male" our behavior determines whether we are truly "men". You need to step up now and be a MAN. And before you feel frustrated about how that is hard to do without your wife being supportive let me point something out. A MAN gets it done. A boy makes excuses. Start showing what a man you are.
Step 3: This is going to hurt. Steel yourself - I am not joking. After 2 weeks of working out every day, and eating healthy every day, sit down with your wife and ask her: "what can I do - other then working out which I already am committed to - what can I do to be the man you want to fall back in love with". And then listen, because she might tell you. But show some good faith effort first by working out. Show some determination. And you know - she might not be sure - or worse she might not think you have it in you. So if she doesn't tell you anything, then look back at my list above. What are you doing at work to excel? To get promoted? To improve your skills so you can get a better job or a raise? What can you do to learn to be more charismatic, more persuasive? Me - I found some great role models at work - made myself useful to them and then learned everything they knew until the day I realized I had surpassed them.
At the moment, your wife is not in love with you. And she is now trying to figure out with her therapist if she is capable of loving you. She wants to love you and at the same time she is "angry" at you for making it so darn hard. She can't understand why you won't make at least some effort to be more "alpha" male, and the way she expresses that is by being critical of lots of little things.
