Tylenol is about the best to take. I would not recommend tylenol arthritis If you do try watch for side effects. Sometimes expecially if the weather is changing or cold it will be worse. If the knee is warm you can tell there is a lot of inflamation. I kow the dr. can prescribe prescription meds (for a fact) sometimes i take piroxicam for mine to take the inflamation out. And not all the time will all the pain go away. But there is some relief.
