There are three different types of bodies that people have: Belly fat bodies, thigh fat bodies, and everywhere fat bodies (those that hold their fat evenly everywhere.) You cannot change your genetics which means you cannot change your body type.

did you tear a ligiment? how did they diagnose it? M.R.I?
i tore my ACL playin football and have just had a cruciate reconstruction,i got diagnosed wrong like 6 times,if you have torn one of the 2 cruciate ligiments,then they dont really repair as they have no blood supply,so operation is only option,unless ya can strenghten the muscles enuff to support the knee better,if its one of the ligiments on the inside or outside of the knee then im pretty sure if its just a little tear they can heal themselves,im proper bored not playin football,my physio will take around 10months too a year,but i cant wait too get back,i did read in a magazine about ``body repairing`` that banana`s that have gone brown [over ripe] are good for ligiment and muscle repair,lots of runners and stuff swear by it,

I think I found the missing link. I lost 70 pounds and have a four pack and that belly fat is lingering, I'm really excited to try this.
