Lean slightly forward, perhaps resting your weight on your elbows on your knees or the desk. Stretch your tounge out and downwards whilst keeping your mouth open as much possible. Push out a "Yeeaaaaah" sound from the back of your throat. Really push with it for a good slow count of 8. Here we go. Breath in through your mouth, deeply filling your lungs and allow yourself to pay attention to how natural and refreshing it it is now you've done this exercise.
