Wanting To Go To The Gym
There are a few places in life we have to go that we really don't enjoy, like the petrol station and the gym, two places that we don't actually have to visit but in reality we know we really do. It's not the cheapest form of torture we can subject ourselves to either with most of us watching the cash disappear out of our banks each month knowing we're not going to get around to going ant time soon. It's no fun making yourself go to the gym so you need to remember back to why you joined in the first place and get that motivation back. You're always going to find a really handy excuse not to go to the gym so make sure your motivation is stronger than all of them.
The best time to drag yourself down there to use the fitness equipment is the start of the day. Most people will be great at finding that perfect excuse not to bother with the gym so by going first thing in the morning you're not giving yourself to find those excuses. When you get to the gym try and use the equipment you enjoy using, if you have the rowing machines don't use the rowing machines, instead stick to the vibration plate. Exercise plates are one of these fun things that no one ever has at home so if your gym has one take advantage and use it. You need to make sure you have everything you need ready and waiting for you especially if you're going first thing in the morning. You need to be in your gym clothes and on your way before you've really woken up and realised what you've done so have it all laid out the night before waiting for you. If you are going to go after work make sure they're sat in the back of the car so you don't have any excuse to go home and get distracted.
