You need to provide the medicul and science departments of certain places a detailed report of your diet.
They need to prove it is not dangerous. etc.
So go see a GP ask him for advice.
At that rate you should drop pounds pretty quickly. But ur diet will have to compensate for the amount of bike riding your doing. make sure ur getting 1- 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. this will help u recover and build more lean mass which will in turn burn more fat even at rest. you can also try varying it up. for eg ive ben dieting and doing cardio. bike for eg been a cpl hours twice a week., cpl days a week i will walk or jog (somewhat) for 40 mins to an hour... and rest of the time bag work and skipping etc. variety will in fact burn more calories as ur body isnt adapting to one form of exercise... weights 3 times a week will help but depends on intensity etc. i would cut back on the amount of cycling as u will burn a lot of muscle mass and not fat hence the protein. obviously there is much more to it but this should help a bit as well. you could also try supplementing with epedrine and caffeine but u should look into that first and make ur own choice.. good luck...
And one more thing. if u can do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach that will crank up ur metabolism for the day as well.. and of course burn more calories. all in all make sure ur taking in less calories than ur using for true fat loss..

It's so weird and I love it.
how cheap. if it is very cheap then the frame is not right and most important is to start with a good frame. otherwise you should leave it and use the way it is and then try to get a better more well made and lighter frame. my bike has alot of weinmann and suntour parts and it works good how it is but someday i would put campagnolo on there and see if its better. but really even then i will like to have a better frame first.

I would separate your aerobic and resistance training. One day to aerobic for an hour, the next day, focus on resistance, and so on. Focus on a few different machines each time, to get a variety of movements in.

you could try running in shallow water (like 4 or 5 feet deep) my cross country team goes to an indoor pool sometimes when it rains and we do that. It is actually hard work. The water starts to flow around the pool in a weird way when the whole team is doing it and that makes for more resitance. You could also try using once of those stationary bikes that is designed to fit under your desk. You can also use those by putting you hands on the petals to exercise your arms. You could lift weights with your upper body.
Squat, lunges, leg curls and stiff legged deadlift.
The BEST RESISTIVE EXERCISES: your own body weight, dumbbells, bars, free weights, machines, weighted balls, steps...
I would think so, yes. Add deadlift to that routine.

You can; just make sure to rest the muscles you've worked out for at least one day before lifting with them again. More advanced routines split muscle groups to maximize rest vs gain, but for general fitness, you can do a whole body lift in one day; once again, just remember to rest a day in between lifting those same muscles again.

with these 2 commitments you just have to remain healthy... as u said rest is a big thing... eat healthy, drink healthy, feel healthy, act healthy...
i strength train about twice a week... and box 3 times a week.
allowing 2 days to rest and recouperate my body for the next week....
but if you eat healthily about 90% of the time... still allow urself treats of course... drink more water than you are now... increase ur water intake by just a sip every day... and get enough rest... depending on how u like ur sleep depends on ur sleep time... i personallly sleep for about 6 hours a night. if i sleep any longer i am tired all day. if you do all of these things u will increase in all aspects of life. not only ur fighting and lifting... give it a try mate... something i also strongly suggest is getting urself a personal trainer. they will keep you safe and on track aswell as be an awesome friend the whole way through...
