The more that you think and concentrate on your present situation, wanted or undesired, the more acceptable or insufferable your situation will become.
If you worry and are indignant about your loss of function and agony from your sickness or about not having good health, you are practically guaranteeing yourself an experience of absence of health.

Start small. I know when I cut down on my portion sizes, it took my body about 3-4 weeks to realize, "Hey, you don't NEED that many calories to live. You're not really hungry." Your stomach needs to shrink and realize it's okay to eat just one hot dog, lol. Give it time. Drink lots of water and chew gum to fight the cravings. Eat 4-5 smaller meals every couple of hours, rather than big meals and no snacks.
As far as exercise, do something you find FUN. It's a lot easier to work out if you look forward to your exercises. I started out by playing games on my Wii: EA Sports Active, Walk It Out, Wii Fit. Were these calorie torchers? No -- but they were fun and got me moving again. I've moved on to running (which I never would have enjoyed if I had started out saying I was going to become a runner) which is awesome and makes me feel powerful. If it starts to get boring, switch to something else. My friend and I are going to try Zumba soon, whoo hoo. But getting started is the hardest part. In the beginning, I had to FORCE myself to do something. Now, I hate sitting still! I hurt my back and haven't worked out in 24 hours, and I feel terrible! lol
The benefits are AWESOME when you start to recognize them, and you will love your new body. But it takes time. Don't be a slave to the scale (take your body measurements to have another measurement for success), take photos so you can "see" your progress, and don't have unrealistic expectations! You CAN do it, I promise! I did!

I would think so, at least for me, this seems to have been true.
When I had knee surgery, I experienced similar symptoms, and just being more tired in general, but it got better as I improved, hopefully the same will be true for you.

Obama already raised taxes. I seen that very clearly when I filed my income tax return. Even my mother who is on a fixed income had to PAY significantly more-an 80 year old PAYING out taxes on FIXED INCOME. I've been on private insurance for 12 years, and now I'm afraid due to Obama's policies my premiums will sky rocket and I won't be able to afford insurance, then the IRS can confiscate everything I own for not having health insurance.
