I would try simply eating regular small meals and exercising more. It need not be a fad... being realistic works much better.
great video! I was wondering if you could do a video on calf exercises. I am short and have really muscular calves but I can't fit into cute boots. I have heard about i think calf raises, but I dont know if it actually works. I have also heard that it is genetic. I would love more info. thanks
It's agreed that if you raise the amount of calories you burn and watch what you eat, both the food and the portions, you'll eventually start losing weight. Don't make it more complicated than this.
Well i am only 13, but i think you should choose one and work on it. Maybe go one day fat loss, one day strength. But be careful, do not over work yourself. Do you have Wii Fit? I use that and i am at 95 pounds. So it works for me. I am just trying to help.

Do you know how tiny a jar of baby food is? I wouldn't think that one large jar would be enough to provide adequate nutrition for an adult.
Does your husband find you unbelievably attractive naked? That should be all that matters. My husband and talked about going to Jacksonville Beach, FL during Easter weekend. (It's cheaper than Miami as it's not as touristy). My only concern was to be able to fit into my bathing suit so I wouldn't have to spend money on a new one. Even though our daughter would be six and a half months by then, we decided that she would still be too young for a trip that big, especially with all of the time in the sun. Whether or not somebody other than my husband finds me attractive, is nice, but not a big deal.
I can, however, understand wanting to lose weight for health reasons, though. I had extra weight after my daughter was born, of course, and while I wanted it to come off, I knew it would in it's own time. I didn't do anything desperate, of course, but I did eat a little less, still sticking to whole real foods, of course. Unfortunately, though, weather has prevented me from walking, but I am three pounds lighter than what I was pre-baby, so it's okay. I just miss walking though.
