Other stimulants that can also disrupt your regular sleep cycle are cocaine, amphetamines, ephedrine, methamphetamine, and some kinds of herbs.

Any change on this routine could possibly be the reasons for insomnia since it disrupts the physical and emotional balance resulted in sleeplessness. Jet lag may also make difficulty to sleep.

In research led by a Saint Louis University surgeon, investigators found that women who give birth after suffering pelvic fractures receive C-sections at more than double normal rates despite the fact that vaginal delivery after such injuries is possible. In addition, women reported lingering, yet often treatable, symptoms following their pelvic fracture injuries, from urinary complications to post-traumatic stress disorder.

It kind of just sounds like you have a social phobia.

I know when Im married me and myy wife will have insomnia for the right reasons. Lol
Yes.
Also, I'm up really late for two reasons: the return of insomnia, and the fact that I'm the world's worst slacker and needed to do laundry
This is clearly a point where medicalizing, what is clearly a existential reaction to trauma on an unparalleled scale for many, does not promise to arrive at any meaningful and lasting answers. However, for the MH profession, this is a potential cash cow and great for its professional standing. The real issue, and true pathology is social and political in this: The poor among New Orleans who suffered the most because many could not rebuild, and this is not principally a psychiatric problem!
Have you had a traumatic experience?
Did you fear that yours or someone else's life was in danger?
Commonly seen traumas in PTSD patients include: natural disasters, rape, assault, combat, and accidents.
Are you experiencing any of the following:
* Avoidance of reminders of an upsetting experience?
* Feeling anxious or jumpy?
* Having nightmares or flashbacks?
* Trouble sleeping?

I have to say that southern california has very enforced laws. That's what you want because medical marijuana is NOT illegal with local polices and governments. Federal goverments' law is that any type of marijuana is illegal unless it's an FDA approved pill called Marinol. That goes for drug tests also. Yet ever user who has smoked or ate marijuana says that Marinol just does not help at all compared to medical grade cannabis.
I got my license and physicians recommendation a little over a month ago after moving from Texas. The first thing you will have to do is get a California Drivers License or Identification Card. Then you can find doctors that specialize in medical marijuana recommendations. Some doctors require previous health information from your last doctor with a diagnosis of your ailment. Then you will receive an original doctors recommendation and a copy for your glove box and an I.D. card for your wallet to carry with you in case you run into the police and they are legally not able to confiscate your medical marijuana.
Then you simply go to a local dispensary, there's about 1,500+ in Los Angeles and get your medical marijuana.
You can buy edibles, canna-butter, about 15 different types of great medical marijuana, kief, haseesh, plants, seeds, growing kits, videos, help from the store you bought it from through the process,you name it, they have it.
You are legally able to have 12 non mature plants and 6 mature plants. Which helps since you really don't know how many females you will get out of the twelve seeds. They have instructional guides on how to make christmas tree size plants.
Good Luck
Nothing about the supplements
I have given you an overview of what you may be suffering from. You certainly have a form of clinical depression and taking into account the other factors you have mentioned it certainly sounds like you have Postpartum Depression
Postpartum depression is depression that occurs soon after having a baby. Some health professionals call it postpartum nonpsychotic depression.
* This condition occurs in about 10-20% of women, usually within a few months of delivery.
* Risk factors include previous major depression, psychosocial stress, inadequate social support, and previous premenstrual dysphoric disorder (see premenstrual syndrome for more information).
* Symptoms include depressed mood, tearfulness, inability to enjoy pleasurable activities, trouble sleeping, fatigue, appetite problems, suicidal thoughts, feelings of inadequacy as a parent, and impaired concentration.
* If you experience postpartum depression, you may worry about the baby's health and well-being. You may have negative thoughts about the baby and fears about harming the infant (although women who have these thoughts rarely act on them).
* Postpartum depression interferes with a woman's ability to care for her baby.
* When a woman with severe postpartum depression becomes suicidal, she may consider killing her infant and young children, not from anger, but from a desire not to abandon them.
Seek assistance as soon as possible. This condition can be treated, but you need help, and I am happy that you have taken the courage to ask and to recognise your symptoms.
God Bless
I am totally addicted to sleeping pills. I often use the saying "story of my life" in various situations (often in a joking matter), but this topic is one I wish that I couldn't use that saying with. It is fucking tough. DON'T get into this shit. You will be much worse off in the long run. I am a person who has conquered the burdens of ocd, anxiety and depression, I am a strong minded person, and sleeping pills are something that I cannot overcome. Please, stay way.
i was told i have ptsd not funny to have nightmares cold sweats the meds they put you on can help to a point but you can never repair what is damaged it sticks to the back of the brain and never leaves
For any particular reason or just plain insomnia?
