You can help their cause like nursing sick animals, grow up to be a Vet, help out at pet groomers as secondary job, Give away part of your pocket money for animal cause, Join a NGO and help spread awareness about non-animal tested-products. The point here is, it is not important to give up meat , there are other things you can do to make a difference. At age 11, I would make pretty greeting cards with pictures of animals , painted or collage sell and donate a portion - how so ever small to their cause. We can get creative here!

It is nice to have a walkman or your fav radio channel on when you walk.

Without proper orthopedic testing, it's impossible to say. Many things can cause the knee to "pop." Knee tracking of the patella, a torn meniscus, a floating fragment, ligaments snapping over protuberances etc. Try pushing the patella to the left and right while doing knee bends, if this stops the clicking, then you have isolated it to the patella, which is a good thing as knee tracking is easier to deal with. If pushing the knee cap around doesn't change things, then the condition may lie deeper and that may mean future problems.
As far as the tingling goes, that's hard to say without a doppler or EMG. A stocking type of numbness, which you describe, is usually related to a compression or blockage of circulation and not neurological in nature. A knee injury usually doesn't refer sensation that way. Were you wearing your brace? Did you have your legs crossed for a prolonged period? (Both would cause circulation issues) Were you over-exercising that day?
My best guess, but don't hold me to this , is that you have a mild medial meniscus tear. In addition to this, you may have mild to moderate deep bruising which is causing a mild circulatory problem which is further exacerbated by exercise. (Exercise uses up oxygen, causing some cramping, which leads to tingling.) This should go away eventually, but I doubt the clicking will without treatment. Many times, it's simply annoying. In years, it may progress, but if it's painless, it's not an emergency.
Just remember: RICE. Rest Ice Compression Elevation. Other than that, you may need some professional advice. And don't try to push through it. Listen to your body for now. Muscles may like stress, but joints just break down.
