it is 5 times a week and first moth is about 30 mins a day and second month is about 45 mins a day. Start slow! Just start by taking short walks. Then walk a little longer, a little faster. Then after a few weeks, once you're comfortable, do 2 minutes walking, 2 minutes jogging, on and off for 10 minutes.
