Hey guys, my name is Alex Cameron and im a personal fitness coach at a major USA gym chain. My job means I have to stay in shape, but how do YOU get the sort of body that you know you have always wanted? What I didnt like about Fatloss 4 idiots
-The sales page and diet page are a little bit 'salesy' and have pretty pictures and bright colours, which I think puts me off a little. But really, at the end of the day, if the diet works, then who cares how its packaged.
-In additon to the diet calculator tool, perhaps an exercise plan tool would be beneficial. I have forwarded this area of concern to the authors. Depends if your into exercise or not...
What i thought was great about fatloss 4 idiots
-Fat Loss 4 Idiots has an awesome diet meal calculator that works out all the meals for you. Theres so many options, that it would be hard to get bored. The level of choice is great. Stick to it, dont mix things up to greatly from what the calculator says!

drink lots of water. aerobics will tone your body and cardio and running or even walking for a good amount of time is great. don't completely resrict your eating because that will cause you to have massive cravings for everything you've been depriving yourself of. For me I eat a 90 cal special K bar for breakfast and celery and an apple for lunch and then the healthy part of what my mom makes for dinner. whatever works for you that is healthy and wont cause you to crave and gain would be good. make sure to do ab workouts also those are great.

You can not lose weight by taking some special drink. You have to work on it.
Do not waste your money and life by taking pills for losing weight. Read some books having real suggesstions on how to lose weight. It will not even cost you equal to one day pills you use to take for weight lose.

I know what you mean. I run the exact same as you, actually. My coach told us to eat 1800 cals/day. It definitely isn't enough but if you slowly cut down, it actually feels good. I suggest doing a little more core, even if your coaches make you do it 3 times a week. If you do steeple chase or hurdles, that will strengthen your core. Once you cut down to 1800 cals, get your blood test because you might have low iron.
