Try blending in the smallest graduation or try using a different brand. sometimes quality of product varies with time even from the same factory as they may have something broken in hte production line or simply get the grains from somewhere cheaper or different specie of grains, etc.
I bought this and I like it a lot, but it seems loud (sounds just like the video). I don't have a large frame of reference. Is this thing loud compared to other grinders?
