(Woman I work with has had a melanoma removed from her toe and was told this by her oncologist who was surprised to see it in a Caucasian, went home, did some research and found out that great grandma had an affair with a Chinese gold miner!)

A friend of mine had to have surgery down there.... she had to use this sex toy (the super 8 i think she called it) to stop scar tissue forming.
It was a weekly thing, and no, it wasn't a case of the entry closing up, just would become too tight for sex if left as it was.
Maybe if you imagine pierced ears... if you leave earing out the holes tend to close up.
