What I didnt like about Fatloss 4 idiots
-The sales page and diet page are a little bit 'salesy' and have pretty pictures and bright colours, which I think puts me off a little. But really, at the end of the day, if the diet works, then who cares how its packaged.
-In additon to the diet calculator tool, perhaps an exercise plan tool would be beneficial. I have forwarded this area of concern to the authors. Depends if your into exercise or not...
What i thought was great about fatloss 4 idiots
-Fat Loss 4 Idiots has an awesome diet meal calculator that works out all the meals for you. Theres so many options, that it would be hard to get bored. The level of choice is great. Stick to it, dont mix things up to greatly from what the calculator says!
